Design Services Alarwool can produce carpets of unlimited designs and colors. Our Design Department is staffed by highly trained and experienced designers that use CAD/CAM technology. Providing significant benefits to the client, our advanced computer-aided design technology, creatively demonstrates our commitment to the highest quality and personalized style. With this technology, clients are able to look at scaled versions of multiple design repeats in full-color. This allows for visual imperfection, that might not be perceived from a single repeat, to be assessed and resolved before a single yarn is woven. Working hand-in-hand with our project managers, clients may respond immediately to any changes with computerized printouts of the design. Our designers can create any pattern desired from an original sample or layout given to us. Alarwool uses the latest industry software to create your designs. Color Selection The starting point for many projects is the color selection, Alarwool´s sales executive will assist in the selection of the proper colors with our wool/nylon color tuft box that has 600 standard color  This tuft box offers the specifier a visual color spectrum. When the design and colors are accepted, the sample is signed off by the client, cut in half, with one section retained by the client, for a reference sample prior to full-scale production. Seaming Diagrams and Installation Planning For all custom projects, our sales executive will work with our highly skilled project planners to prepare seaming diagrams and calculate quantities. Seaming diagrams will show the installation direction and location of each carpet roll  seaming diagrams will be given to the client to pas the along to the installers of their choice. When required, diagrams can be prepared to illustrate carpet applied to floor plans, thus providing an excellent presentation medium. The Alarwool sales executive will also ensure that site dimensions are verified where this is possible in order to eliminate potential problems arising from plans not indicating precisely as-built conditions Electronic Jacquard Loom By combining our design capability and technical expertise at the outset of a project and using our Electronic Jacquard Technology to produce entire designs woven to plan full-length rolls, we are able to manufacture  carpets with no limitations to complexity of design. The design repeat can be virtually any length, creating an ever increasing variety of designs, which require only limited selvedge seaming. Initial design concepts and working drawings are assessed by our design and planning teams to create detailed technical drawings, illustrating how the design fits together as a practical reality and where each full-roll element should be installed.
